Sadie Rose and the Daring Escape by Hilda Stahl

Amazon | BN | Indie Books | Library

 Spoilers

Score: 2/5

I read this in college. It was apart of one of my classes in elementary education. The focus was reading children books. Do you know what surprised me the most? So many adults working toward becoming teachers and hate reading.

Good:

Focus is on a young girl who is moving due to her mother getting remarried. She struggles with things through the book. There is a moral at the end of the book.

Bad:

There was a lot that I felt should have been included in the story that wasn't. But I'm not the author just the reader.

Recommend:

Yeah, if you're comfortable with your kids reading Christian themed stories. As far as I see there aren't any ebook version of these books. Hilda Stahl's list of books she wrote: http://www.librarything.com/author/stahlhilda
